They will start Zach Eflin ( 5-5, 3.02 ET) is returning from the IL as he struggled since a shutout May 11 and is 0-2 with a 4.91 ERA since. Cincinnati will start Tyler Mahle (2-5, 4.26) who is looking for his first road win and gets it here. The 'price' seems a bit short here and I expect the Reds to surprise the Phillies here.
