Mariners over Twins- A pair of clubs that are trending in opposite directions as Minnesota has won five straight while Seattle has dropped their last three. The Twins pounded the Mariners 18-4 Saturday and are now 15-7 on the road whereas Seattle is just 9-14 at home. The Mariners who started the year 13-2 are 9-22 since and will start rookie Yusei Kikuchi (2-1, 3.64 ERA) who has never faced Minny but is unbeaten in his last five starts. The Twins will start Kyle Gibson (4-1, 4.26) who has made nine career starts against Seattle and is 4-2 with a 3.38 ERA, but it won't be enough today. Take SEATTLE!
