Seattle who is 11-2 on the road have set an MLB record with 55 homers in their first 25 games and will be starting Erik Swanson (0-1, 3.38 ERA) who was acquired in the Jim Paxton trade with the Yankees. After allowing just one run in each of his first three starts Padres hurler Nick Margevicius (1-2, 3.60) who received just 2.77 runs of support but has allowed just 16 hits in 20 innings with a WHIP of 0.90.
