Cleveland will start Carlos Carrasco (1-2, 12.60 ERA) who has surrendered 22 hits in just 10 innings of work and yet the oddsmakers have made his the favorite. He surrendered six runs and six hits in 2/3 of an inning last time out against Kansas City but is 4-3 with a 4.10 ERA in eight starts against the Mariners.
