Thundering Herd (+) over Hokies- Okay, this is a make-up game because of the hurricanes that affected the most of the south in the middle of the season and it is a tough spot for Virginia Tech (5-6). But, one thing the weather hasn't affected is Chip's 'Highest-Rated' NCAA FT Best Bets (Documented 9-1 90% L-10). To start, with the only reason this game is being played at all (No scheduled TV as of yet) is because the Hokies were able to win in dramatic fashion last week over arch-rival Virginia.
