Giants over Phillies- After a disastrous 2017 season last year the Giants despite injuries are manning-up and have won four straight and 7-of-8 entering Philadelphia. The Phillies bowed to Washington yesterday blowing a late 4-1 lead losing 5-4 in the bottom of the ninth walking in the tying run and losing on a single. Zach Eflin (4-10 lifetime) is off his best MLB start permitting one run and three hits but is 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA against the Giants. Jeff Samardzjia (1-1, 5.27 ERA) is up against his biggest nemesis as he has a career 8.18 ERA against Philadelphia but this won't matter tonight as the 'hot' Giants prevail here. Take SAN FRANCISCO!
