Carolina at Tampa Bay 1:00 ET
Buccaneers (-) over Panthers- There are problems surrounding the Panthers are they have an immature brooding quarterback that can't handle criticism and is beginning to show his true colors. Tampa bay meanwhile has a quarterback issue of their own with a guy that has difficulty reading defenses, makes poor decisions, doesn't have NFL quality accuracy and has a history problem of his own when dealing with 'character.' That all being said or written as the case my be but Carolina's issues run deeper. Take TAMPA BAY!
