Buccaneers (+) over Bills- Okay, Jameis Winston is injured but returned to practice later in the week and is going to start for Tampa Bay. The real question is will Winston be more effective then career back-up Ryan Fitzgerald (116 career starts) who threw for 290 yards against Arizona after Winston departed the game last Sunday. Buffalo is off a bye week and has surprised both Atlanta and Denver but is favored for just the second time this season. The Bucs are 0-2 on the road and the Bills 2-0 at home. That changes Sunday.
