A's over Rays- I find it hard to believe that Tampa Bay is just two game behind Boston in the AL East but with the current collapse of the Yankees they have moved up the ladder. The Rays will start Blake Snell (0-5, 4.85 ERA) who is winless in 10 starts and has allowed 16 runs in 15.2 innings in his last three starts. Oakland will start Chris Smith (0-0, 4.50) who is also looking for his first win after allowing just three runs in six innings in his first MLB start against Seattle 10 days ago.
