Tampa Bay at Detroit 7:10 ET
Rays over Tigers- A pair of .500 pitchers who have seem better days will face-off in Detroit where the Tigers host the Tampa Bay Rays. Alex Cobb (5-5, 4.29 ERA) who lost 19 games last season is starting on the hill for the Rays and he has been much better this season and is 2-1 with a 2.35 ERA in seven career starts against Detroit. Former Cy Young winner Justin Verlander (4-4, 4.68) who has allowed 12 runs on 26 hits in just 19 innings over his last four starts. He is 8-3 with a 3.34 ERA lifetime against the Rays but most of that we done in his 'glory' years. Not so much now! Take TAMPA BAY!
