Nets (+) over Pelicans- The Pelicans already completed half their mission with a win over New York Monday as Anthony Davis scored 40 points and had 18 rebounds along with three blocks before leaving after just 29 minutes of action. Davis played just 29 minutes as he once again came up with another injury, this one to his hip. He is expected to play but just how effective he will be a the question. New Orleans has taken the last five in the series including a 106-87 win in Brooklyn last season. The problem for the Pelicans is that they are not the same playoff team we've seen in the past.
