There are angles other than starting pitcher matchups that can decide the outcome of a game, but for this Sunday Night Baseball special, there looks to be a discernible edge for the Bosox. That's because Kutter Crawford has been overwhelming in his last three starts...all Sox wins, with an ERA at 0.45 and a WHIP at 0.55. (Sheesh!) Assuming the Bosox aren't too down in the dumps from blowing leads in both the 9th and 10th innings on Saturday, the rotation edge suggests they can salvage the finale of this weekend set at the Ravine, especially as James Paxton (10.21 ERA last three starts!) has been hit so hard for the Dodgers in his recent appearances.
