It takes getting used to referring to UCLA vs. USC as a Big Ten game but it retains a very LA flavor in this bitter crosstown rivalry. Jumping out as us lately is USC's current "over" stretch in which the Trojans have landed that way six straight and nine of ten games. Eric Musselman finally fit the pieces together for his transfer-heavy squad in early December, with Xavier transfer G Desmond Claude (21 or more points in three of the past four games) one of the hot scorers in the Big Ten.
