Cincinnati has flat out stated they want to get out to quick starts and Temple is the perfect team. They are very young and now starting their third QB, a freshman. Young teams struggle more on the road, yet this is a team that lost to Fordham at home.

Temple is ranked ninth in passing efficiency and 10th in points per game (15.8) in the 10-team AAC. The Owls' five-game losing streak to start the season is their longest since they dropped five straight at the start of 2007. During the Al Golden era, they did take a break from being a laughingstock. The are clearly back there.
