Our true line (previously known as outlaw line) is PSU -14. The true line is what the line would be without public perception or bad line moves. Yes we are aware that Kent is banged up. We had Penn State pegged as overvalued entering the year as they had that once in a lifetime season-long us against them intangible to ride and overachieved greatly.
