Newly renovated Husky Stadium was in part designed to increase the home field advantage. Among the changes: the field was lowered about 4 feet and seating was installed closer to the playing surface renovations that are expected to make a notoriously loud stadium even louder. It seats about 70,000.
Add to that they were gone for 18 months and host a high profile team, this place will provide a humungous home field. Plus the Huskies are under the radar.
