Our true line (previously known as outlaw line) is 149. The true line is what the line would be without public perception or bad line moves. We have seen a very good study on the effect of NRG and domes on scoring. In short, it has a minimal negative difference in three-point shooting, but not so much scoring as teams wind up taking and making higher percentage shots. The dome myth is the reason why the total is artificially low.
