(NCAAF) Michigan State vs. Michigan,
Point Spread: -6.50 | -111.00 Michigan (Home)
Result: Loss
MSU is the poster child of is a dichotomous spread and straight up team. This means if a team is consistently winning outright but failing to cover or losing outright and covering, we ride the spread streak. This has proven to be a way to isolate over and undervalued teams.

In fact in this history of our database, there was never been a winless against the spread this late in the season that was undefeated straight up.

On the other hand, Michigan has exceeded all expectations winning five straight by a 32-2.8 margin. Center Jack Allen is doubtful with a lower leg injury for MSU and this is a huge blow.

The Spartans secondary is one of the team most injured units at the halfway point of the season. Starting cornerback Vayante Copeland and safety RJ Williamson are gone for the year. Dantonio former position is normally the strong point of his defenses, but that has not been the case in 2015.

The two best RBs on MSU are freshman and one is hurt. Remember freshman on the road in a big game so often come up short. Jim Harbaugh makes another statement.
