Tulsa has been inconsistent defensively, allowing an average of 28 points per game. We like Louisiana Tech to exploit that and play well here as they are off a 30-20 loss to NC State, and they will want to bounceback. The Bulldogs began the game well vs NC State, but struggled after halftime. They accumulated 324 total yards, but their rushing game was limited to 43 yards. They were 7-of-16 on third downs. They will need to get the run game going here and we think they do that and we will roll with Louisiana Tech here.
