Take #372 Tennessee/Oklahoma Under
(NCAAF) Volunteers (TEN) vs. Sooners (OKL),
Total: 57.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
The highly-touted freshman quarterback Nico Iamaleava has lived up to expectations through three games. This will be his first real road test here, as Tennessee heads to Norman to play the Sooners. Despite not facing top-tier offenses yet, Tennessee’s defense has performed well. They currently rank second in the nation in defensive EPA/rush, indicating their effectiveness against the run. They also have a great pass rush as well, and we think they give Jackson Arnold fits. Oklahoma’s defense has been particularly effective against the run, ranking ninth in EPA/rush. This aligns with their ability to control the line of scrimmage and limit opponents rushing yards. We like the defenses here and think this is a lower scoring game.
