Minshew threw 3 interceptinos last game and I think he plays substantially better here. I watched that game and I can tell you that the Colts had success moving the ball, they just had some bonehead mistakes at parts of that game as they threw fo ra ton of yards. I also think the Browns are 3-2 and could easily be 4-1 and they come off a huge win and confidence against a Niners team who were shorthanded but still have a very good defense. They have a QB in Walker who got more experience, who can move the ball and I think the Browns didn't even play their best game against het Niners and they will play much better here. Remember, the Browns have had to face the Niners and Ravens defense the last two weeks and now get a little cushion against a Colts defense that can give up points. I think this is a decent spot to take the Over here as the Colts bounce-back and score and the Browns also have success scoring too.
