The Jays look to avoid the sweep here today at the hands of a red hot Cubs team. Right-hander Jameson Taillon (7-6, 5.17 ERA) is scheduled to start for the Cubs on Sunday. He is 5-4 with a 3.54 ERA in 10 career starts against the Blue Jays. Left-hander Hyun Jin Ryu (0-1, 4.00) is scheduled to start for the Blue Jays. In four career starts against the Cubs, he is 1-1 with a 3.00 ERA. Toronto needs a win badly here to stay in contention in the tough AL East, and barely clinging to the last Wild Card spot with red hot Seattle nipping at their heels. We think there will be an all out effort from Toronto here and we will roll with the Jays.
