1) I like the Jayhawks to get the solid win in this game against the Illini on Saturday, September 7th. The line looks like a trap line to take revenge minded Illinois at home as an underdog and I am not falling for it!
2) Kansas dominated the Illini when these teams met last season and now everyone is expecting Illinois to get revenge. But I am not convinced of this Illini team and yet Kansas has come on strong in recent seasons.
3) Look for Jayhawks QB Daniel to again find his rhythm and he will outplay Altmyer in this one. The Illini QB is a game manager but he is no Daniel and I like this talented Kansas team to roll on the road. The downward line move since this line opened is exactly what I wanted. Now we take advantage.
