T.M. Selection: Twins/Rangers UNDER.

I am on the under in the Minnesota Twins vs Texas Rangers game on Saturday. Devin Smeltzer (4-2, 3.04 ERA) is up for the Twins here and he has been great this year. He was vaulted into this starting role around mid May with all of the injuries that the Twins have suffered but he has settled in nicely as a starter for this team and rarely looks shaky on the bump. He had 1 start this year where he gave up more than 3 runs and I think he is going to continue pitching the way he has been all year with the Twins needing a win here after losing 2 games in a row now. He will give them a deep outing here with little runs given up and this may even turn into a pitcher's duel with these two starting. Martín Pérez (7-2, 2.34 ERA) has also been having a great year and has rarely looked shaky in his starts. He just gave up 7 runs in his 2 most recent starts but he has only gave up more than 3 runs in 1 other start this year and I expect him to bounce back here being his usual self in their own ballpark. I see this being a low scoring game so I am on the under in this game.
