(NBA) Charlotte vs. LA Lakers,
Point Spread: 3.50 | -105.00 LA Lakers (Home)
Result: Win
Point Spread: 3.50 | -105.00 LA Lakers (Home)
Result: Win
The Lakers have had a nightmare of a start to the season, losing veteran Steve Nash and rookie Julius Randle. L.A. is still in search of it's first win, but they might be catching the Charlotte Hornets at a good time. I like the Lakers to get a win on their home court here on Sunday.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Kobe Bryant - If you thought Kobe was too old, too slow, too out of shape... think again. He's leading the league in scoring, averaging over 27 points per game. He dropped a season high 39 points on the Suns in his last game.
2. Injuries - While the Lakers have battled injuries, it's the Hornets that could be without their best player tonight. Al Jefferson left Friday's game with cramps, and he's officially listed as questionable.
3. X-Factor - The Hornets are win-less on the road so far this season, and they've lost four of their last five at Los Angeles.
Selection: This is a play on the L.A. Lakers (10*)
