3-Game MLB SWEEPER PASS
(MLB) Detroit vs. Kansas City,
Money Line: 100.00 Detroit (Away)
Result: Loss
The Detroit Tigers have lost two of the first three games in this series in Kansas City, and last night's loss was particularly embarrassing. The Tigers were forced to use a position player on the mound in the bottom of the eighth inning of a blowout loss. I like Detroit's chances of getting back on track here in Game 4.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - Jordan Zimmerman will go for Detroit, and he's having a fine season so far. Zimmerman (9-3, 3.46 ERA) allowed six runs on eight hits over seven innings in a win at Chicago in his last outing. He's been better on the road than he has been at home, with a record of 4-1, with a 2.16 ERA in five starts. He's also been better in day games, going 4-1 with a 2.97 ERA in five starts in the afternoon.

2. Justin Upton - The Tigers left fielder comes in riding an eight game hitting streak, and he was 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs in last night's game. He's hitting .333 lifetime versus Chris Young (15 at bats).

3. X-Factor - The Tigers are 5-0 in Zimmermanns last 5 starts vs. American League Central.

Selection: This is a play on the Detroit Tigers 1st 5 innings (8*)
