The San Jose Sharks would head to their first Stanley Cup final appearance in franchise history with a win in the Shark Tank Wednesday night. They dominated the Blues in Monday's 6-3 win, and I think they'll get the job done in front of the home fans tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. San Jose's Defense - The Sharks have shut out the Blues in two of their three wins in this series and they allowed St. Louis just 21 shots on goal on Monday.

2. Home Cookin' - The Sharks have been extremely hard to beat in their own building here in the playoffs. Saturday's 6-3 loss was their first home defeat seven home games.

3. X-Factor - San Jose's captain Joe Pavelski has four goals and five assists during a six-game point streak and has scored a playoff-leading 12 goals.
