The Warriors are not only defending champions, but they now own the league's best all time regular season record as well. I think now that the record is broken, Golden State can get back to business and just worry about winning another title. I expect to see them play like a team that has just gotten the monkey off their back. My money is on the Warriors in Game 1.

1. Previous History - The Rockets have not had a lot of success against Golden State, and they are just 4-9 ATS in the last 13 meetings. The Warriors are normally even better when they are well rested, going 29-11-2 ATS in their last 42 games playing on 2 days rest.

2. Rockets Defense - The Warriors are by far the highest scoring team in the NBA, which is a nightmare match-up for a Houston team that is really suspect defensively. The Rockets allowed an average of 106.4 points per game during the regular season, ranking 25th.

3. X-Factor - The Warriors are 16-5 ATS in their last 21 Conference Quarterfinals games.
