The Tampa Bay Lightning opened the year with an 11-2-0 record but have won only one of their last five games. They're closing out a four-game homestand with a match-up against the Winnipeg Jets Thursday night, and I like the Lightning to wrap it up with a win.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Home Cookin' - The Lightning had won nine straight home games prior to dropping the last two against St. Louis and San Jose.

2. Previous Meetings - The Lightning picked up a 4-3 overtime win at Winnipeg on Oct. 23 in the first meeting this season and they've won nine of the last 13 meetings at Amalie Arena. Steven Stamkos has 25 goals and 18 assists in 31 career match-ups.

3. X-Factor - Winnipeg is 1-for-20 on the power play in four games and allowed the Hurricanes to score both their goals with the man advantage in Tuesday's 2-1 defeat.
