The San Jose Sharks won each of the first two games in the season series between these two sides, but lost the most recent one 3-2 in overtime on Dec 22. That was the start of a three game skid for the Sharks, and breaking out of that slump won't be easy tonight as they return to Honda Center to face the Anaheim Ducks in a back-to-back situation.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Offensive Woes On The Road - Eight goals is all the Sharks have amassed over their last five games away from home, losing four of those games. They'll be up against a red hot Fredrik Andersen who has allowed five goals over his last four starts and is 10-3-2 behind a 2.06 GAA over 16 home starts for the season.

2. Home Cookin' - The Ducks have won six of the last eight match-ups in this series in Anaheim, and are sporting an impressive 12-3-3 record at home for the season.

3. X-Factor - The Ducks sent a forward down to the minors yesterday, so we might see Corey Perry back on the ice for this contest. Perry has missed 10 straight games but resumed practicing with the team Monday.
