The Golden State Warriors own the best record in the NBA, but their 16 game win streak came to an end in Memphis on Tuesday. They were fortunate to have escaped from New Orleans with a win in overtime in their previous game. They host the Thunder tonight, and I think if they play like they did in their previous two games, they'll have a tough time beating OKC.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Injuries - Perhaps what's most impressive about the Warriors record, is that they have been playing without David Lee and Andrew Bogut. They might just miss that size in the front court tonight against the Thunder.
2. Russell Westbrook - The Thunder PG leads the team in scoring averaging 26.4 points per game, and he's averaged 30 points over his last four games.
3. X-Factor - The Thunder are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Golden State.
Selection: This is a play on the Oklahoma City Thunder (10*)
