The Calgary Flames are returning home after a roadtrip to forget which saw them lose four straight games getting outscored 13-6. The visitors have opened a four game road trip on their own by recording wins in both Vancouver and Edmonton, but I think they'll come up short here against a fired up Flames team.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. The Flames Efficiency - Calgary ranked near the top of the league for goals scored prior to their recent slump, despite being ranked among the bottom teams for shots on goal per game. It's been quite the opposite recently, as they've fired close to 33 per game over their current losing streak. The goals should start trickling in sooner rather than later if they can keep that ratio up.

2. Home Cookin' - The Flames may have lost five straight games, but only one of those losses came at the Saddledome. They've won seven of their last nine at home, and four of their last five against a team with a losing road record.

3. X-Factor - The Rangers have won only two of their last 10 on the road coming up against a team with a winning home record.
