The Hornets defeated the Mavs 117-109 in Dallas a couple of nights ago. Now the Mavericks are asked to cover a double-digit spread at Charlotte and the way they've played lately I would not be surprised if they lost this one outright as well. The trade for Kyrie Irving has not played out the way Dallas would have hoped for at all, and the Mavericks are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 road games vs. a team with a losing home record and 7-22-1 ATS in their last 30 games vs. a team with a losing straight up record.
