Detroit right-hander Drew Hutchison will make his first major-league appearance since 2018, but he has a decent amount of big-league experience. He's been solid for the Toledo Mudhens in Triple-A this year, going 8-3 with a 3.63 ERA in 17 starts. Cleveland right-hander Triston McKenzie (1-5, 5.66 ERA) has allowed a total of only five runs on nine hits over 13 innings in his last two starts combined. He held Detroit to one hit through five scoreless innings back in May.
