The Cleveland Indians and the Seattle Mariners have split the first two games heading into the weekend The Tribe took a 7-3 loss on Friday, and I like them to avenge the setback with Triston McKenzie (1-1, 4.94 ERA) on the mound on Saturday. McKenzie held the Royals to two hits through five scoreless innings last time out, arguably his best start of the season. The Royals counter with left-hander Justus Sheffield (2-3, 4.91 ERA) who was rocked by Texas in his last outing, surrendering seven runs (five earned) on 10 hits over five innings. Sheffield has allowed 24 hits over his last three starts. I think the Indians will get to him early.
