Good spot to fade the Pittsburgh Pirates following an upset win against the San Francisco Giants on Friday. The Giants are 4-2 off a loss as a favorite while the Pirates are 5-8 off a win as a dog.
Giants' righty Johnny Cueto (2-1, 3.52 ERA) was roughed up in his last start, fresh off the DL and he should be better in this one. Cueto is an incredible 21-4 with a 2.13 ERA against the Pirates who hand the ball to Tyler Anderson (3-2, 2.58 ERA). Great start to the year for Anderson, but note that he is 1-3 with a 4.07 ERA in seven career meetings with San Francisco.
