The Washington Nationals won Friday's matchup with the Arizona Diamondbacks 1-0. I expect another low-scoring affair when the two teams clash for Game 3 of this series on Saturday.

Arizona right-hander Luke Weaver (1-0, 2.13 ERA) is off to a fast start to the season. In his last start, Weaver held Cincinnati to one hit with eight Ks through seven scoreless innings. Weaver has not faced the Nats since the 2018 season, and note that the Nats are averaging only 3.76 runs per game (28th).

Washington counters with Erick Fedde (0-1, 8.53 ERA) who was roughed up by Atlanta in his first start of the season, but he held the Cards to one run on two hits in 4 2/3 frames last time out. Fedde has not faced Arizona since the 2019 season.

Arizona's relievers have combined for a 3.91 ERA (12th) while the Nats' bullpen ranks 20th with a 4.23 ERA. Still, I like the under in this one.
