The Maryland Terrapins are 4-1 on the season following a 67-51 loss to Clemson last time out. "We weren't ready to play," Terrapins coach Mark Turgeon said. "We were out of it. We had a lot of guys not play well. We missed layups early. We missed free throws early and turned the ball over. We were about as selfish as any one of my teams had ever played, so we've got a lot of work to do."

I think that was a much-needed wake-up call for the Terps after blowing out inferior competition through their first four games, and I expect a much better performance from Maryland here in the opener of their Big Ten season against the 4-0 Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
