The slumping Chicago Cubs have dropped four of their last five games while the Cincinnati Reds have been heating up, winning four of their last five.

Cincy righty Luis Castillo (0-4, 3.62 ERA) has allowed only four earned runs over his last three starts and punched out nine over six innings of one-run ball at Milwaukee last time out.

On the season, Castillo has 45 Ks over 32 1/3 innings of work and he is 4-2 with a 3.56 ERA in previous career meetings with the Cubs while Chatwood is 1-4 with a 4.71 ERA in 10 career appearances (six starts) against the Reds.
