The Charlotte Hornets are 7.5 games off a playoff spot, but that doesn't mean that they've stopped competing. The Hornets are 6-0-1 ATS in their last seven games following an OT loss at Atlanta Monday night, and I like them to keep this within double-digits. While the Miami Heat are phenomenal home at American Airlines Arena, note that they're coming off a 100-89 triumph at Washington and they're 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a straight up win of more than 10 points. With the Hornets feisty against the spread run and the Heat in a letdown spot, taking the points on the visitors is a no brainer to me.
