The Howard Bison have won just three games all season and they took a 100-88 loss to Delaware State last time out. They're however 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games following a double-digit loss at home and I like them to keep it within the number as an underdog against South Carolina State in the MEAC Tournament Tuesday night. The Bulldogs are coming off five straight defeats, and they're just 2-6 ATS in their last eight games vs. a team with a losing straight up record. Additionally, note that the last three meetings have gone to overtime, most recently a 101-95 South Carolina State win back in January.
