The Seattle Seahawks have won three of their last four games and put a 27-3 beating on the Raiders in London, England two weeks ago. They'll be well rested coming off their bye and have had plenty of success running the ball lately. Detroit is among the worst teams in the NFL at defending the run, and on the other side of the ball I think the Lions will struggle to put points on the board against a Seattle D which has improved a lot in recent weeks.
