The Calgary Flames look to get back in the playoffs after missing out two years in a row. They've brought in some talent in the off-season and should get out of Vancouver with a win in the season-opener Wednesday night.

The Canucks finished last year 14th in the Western Conference with a 31-40-11 record, good for just 73 points, and now they'll have to start life without the Sedin twins who hung up their skates at the end of last season.

These two played each other in the preseason twice, with the Flames winning both games by scores of 4-1 and 5-2. They also won three out of the four games between the two teams last year, including both games at Rogers Arena.
