The St. Louis Cardinals hand the ball to Alex Reyes who will make his first start of the season. The Cards No. 1 prospect missed all of 2017 after undergoing Tommy John surgery but posted a 4-1 record behind a 1.57 ERA in 2016 and he has fanned 44 through 23 scoreless innings during four rehab starts ahead of this contest. The Brewers turn to Junior Guerra (3-3, 2.98 ERA). Guerra is a solid pitcher, but I think the Cards will come through for their young pitcher today.
