The Los Angeles Angels and the Houston Astros played a high-scoring affair Tuesday which ended with an 8-7 Halos victory. I find it highly unlikely that we'll see even close to as many runs scored today.

Justin Verlander (3-0, 1.10 ERA) takes the ball for Houston. He is 8-8 with a 3.36 ERA in 19 career starts against the Angels and recorded his third scoreless appearance of the season when he held the White Sox to a pair of hits through six shutout innings his last time out.

Nick Tropeano (1-1, 3.75 ERA) takes the ball for LAA. He has compiled a 3.86 ERA in two career meetings with Houston and should be focused here after getting roughed up by Boston his last time out.
