The Chicago Bulls are just terrible and entered Friday on a seven-game losing streak before taking down the Timberwolves in a close game. I just don't think they can hang around with the Wizards here on no rest. The Wizards will no doubt be eager to record a win coming off back-to-back losses to Philly and Boston, and we can note that they're 10-3 ATS in the last 13 meetings at United Center.
