The preseason is all about betting situations, and here's a great situational play. The Dolphins have made the Playoffs each of the last two years, but don't have a victory. They locked up Tua with a big contract and for the most part, the team has very little to work on. None of the starters are expected to play in this one. Atlanta has plenty to work on though. The Falcons have plenty to work on. Kirk Cousins was signed to a $180-million dollar contract, but he's unlikely to play in the preseason, meaning we're going to get a heavy dose of rookie Michael Penix Jr., who we expect will be able to move the ball effectively in Miami on Saturday night.
