We say this one favors Marcus Stroman (2-2, 2.29 ERA) and the hungry visiting side. Chicago has lost three of his last four starts, so he's a golden opportunity for the Cubs to provide their "ace" with some support finally. Considering the starting pitching talent discrepancy, this line could/should in fact be larger in our opinion; the value here does indeed swing to Chicago!
