Both teams have been playing to several lower-scoring games of late, but I expect these trends to end this afternoon. Washington came out of the break and lost its first game, falling 115-109 at New York. It's now seen the total go "under" in three straight, which is significant for us to note, as the Wizards have in fact seen the total go "over" the number in four of their last five after playing to three or more straight "unders" in a row. The Bulls though play with revenge after a 100-97 loss to the Wizards in the Nation's capital in January. That's also important for us to take note, as Chicago has seen the total go "over" the number in eight of its last 12 in trying to avenge a SU/ATS road loss against an opponent. This number is a little low, the play is the "over!"
