This one sets up really well to be a very defensive affair. Washington is 13-12 overall this year, but just 1-7 on the road. Washington State is only 10-15 this season, but it's 7-3 at home. An interesting matchup, but one that screams defensive battle to me. Washington has lost three straight, and that's important to note here, because the Huskies have in fact seen the total go "under" the number in four of their last five after three or more straight losses in a row. Washington State has lost two straight on the road. It's seen the total go "over" the number in three straight, and that's also significant for us to note here, as the Cougars have seen the total go "under" the number in five of their last six after playing to three or more straight "overs" in a row. Washington State averages 67.4 PPG, while Washington averages only 69.7. Expect a tight, lower-scoring defensive battle; the play is the "under!"
